Silego Technology SLG59M1735C Power Switch IC
Silego Technology SLG59M1735C Power Switch IC is a high-performance 10.5mΩ, 4A single-channel nFET integrated power switch. This SLG59M1735C switch operates from 2.5VDD to 5.5VDD supply to switch power rails as low as 0.9V up to supply voltage. SLG59M1735C incorporates two-level overload current protection, thermal shutdown protection, and soft-start control which is easily adjusted by an external capacitor. This switch operates at -40ºC to 85ºC temperature range. Applications include notebook power, tablet power, and smart phone power rail switching.
