Author : Nichicon Published Time : 2019-09-24
Nichicon GYC Hybrid Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitors feature 135°C category temperature with high heat resistance, low ESR, and high ripple current. These capacitors are AEC-Q200 qualified and RoHS compliant with a long life of 2,000 to 4,000 hours. The GYC hybrid capacitors operate at -55°C to 135°C temperature range. These capacitors utilize the electrolytic solution and conductive polymer to achieve high heat resistance and oxide film restoration performance. The GYC hybrid capacitors function within 25V to 63V voltage range and 10μF to 330μF capacitance range. These capacitors meet the high-temperature requirements in the automotive onboard electronics and industrial equipment fields.
