Keysight Technologies DSOX1102x Oscilloscopes with two analog channels offer 70 to 100MHz bandwidth, 1Mpts memory depth, and 2GSa/s maximum sample rate. These oscilloscopes are designed with MegaZoom IV custom ASIC technology to make superior professional measurements including mask, math, FFT, analog bus, and protocol triggering/decode. The DSOX1102x oscilloscopes feature 7" LCD WQVGA display with intuitive user interface and 50,000wfms/s update rate performance for clearly seeing glitches and anomalies. These oscilloscopes come with optional built-in instruments such as the digital voltmeter, 20MHz WaveGen, protocol analyzer (software), frequency counter, and frequency response analyzer. The DSOX1102x oscilloscopes belong to InfiniiVision 1000 X-Series.
